1. The Pot Piñata

To help a staff member get her driver's license, Conan rented a student-driver car in January to show her the ropes of getting around Los Angeles. But things went awry when they picked up Kevin Hart and Ice Cube and took a detour on a mission to buy enough marijuana to stuff into a piñata. Seriously.

NBC’s late-night host introduces some incredible pint-size imitators of the GOP presidential candidate

On Friday’s “Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon,” the NBC late-night host unveiled a special Donald Trump edition of his segment for fans to submit clips of their kids doing celebrity impressions.

And the kids did not disappoint. One boy called the GOP presidential frontrunner “Donald Trunk,” while a blond girl promised to build a wall “and make Mexico pay for it — it’s gonna be hoooge.”

Cabot and Barrett Phillips decided to film a video of their sister Millicent, to capture her medicated ramblings after getting her wisdom teeth extracted. This was never meant to be an ordinary video though. The brothers knew that she’d be on a drug high for a while, so they set up an elaborate prank to convince her that last week was the start of the inevitable zombie apocalypse.

The phrase “full-blown nut job” is not always a nice way to describe someone. But it may be, in some cases, an accurate way.

For this week’s cold open on Saturday Night Live, Kate McKinnon was CNN’s Kate Bolduan, while Cecily Strong took on real-life nut Scottie Nell Hughes, a Trump supporter and conservative pundit.

It’s a great skewer of Trump supporters. But for a fake media interview, it’s almost too close to life. Nell Hughes even predicted her own appearance last month, saying that Trump supporters “have been abused, they have been slaughtered, they have been made fun of, on everything from the nightly news to Saturday Night Live.”

Americans have been hearing about Donald Trump's proposed wall on the U.S.-Mexico border since the businessman's presidential campaign began last summer. On Sunday, HBO's "Last Week Tonight" host John Oliver tried to tear down that wall — or, at least the idea of building it in the first place.

Oliver devoted nearly twenty minutes of Sunday's episode to breaking down Trump's border wall proposal. The comedian concluded that the wall, which has become one of the key points of the Republican presidential front-runner's campaign platform, is probably not a very good idea.
