First Missouri Medical Marijuana Commercial Airs Online

ST. LOUIS, MO -- This #GivingTuesday, Show-Me Cannabis released the first commercial in the state of Missouri advocating for medical marijuana reform. The video, entitled "Guilty," is now available for online viewing on the crowdfunding website for nonprofits, Gladitood.com, where the organization is also raising $100,000 in support of its public education efforts around medical cannabis policy in Missouri.

KAOH Media and Forever An Astronaut co-created and produced the thirty-second video featuring local actors on a set mimicking police mug shots. Each person in the video admits guilt for using cannabis to medicate various ailments and pains, such as epilepsy and chemotherapy. 

"2016 is going to be pivotal year for medical marijuana laws in Missouri. We feel this video really grabs viewer attention, provokes thought, and encourages education about the issue," stated John Payne, Executive Director of Show-Me Cannabis.
