RIO GRANDE CITY, Texas -- An all-terrain vehicle sits empty now that U.S. Border Patrol agents nabbed 700 pounds of marijuana and 20 roosters from the Rio Grande Valley early Wednesday morning where the drugs were found.

Agents say it all started when they spotted an ATV driving north from the Rio Grande. That's when Border Patrol agents and Texas Department of Public Safety troopers approached the area only to find the ATV abandoned. They say the ATV was loaded with 700 pounds of marijuana and 20 roosters.
