BuzzFeed is no stranger to criticism, and a lot of people steer clear of their content altogether. But that doesn’t change the fact that this is one of the most popular media sites in the world.

The site has plenty of articles about cannabis, such as “12 Everyday Activities Unexpectedly Made Better with Marijuana” and “33 Scientific Reasons to Smoke More Weed.”

But when I came across a series of their marijuana-themed videos, “10 Problems Only Pot Smokers Understand,” I found something quite disturbing.

These videos make cannabis users look like irresponsible, lazy, unfocused burnouts. Sure, they may be good for some cheap laughs, but reinforcing these stoner stereotypes does a lot of harm.
