Marijuana Dispensary Opening on Hold
SPARKS, NV - There was supposed to be a line out the door at Silver State Relief Monday, but instead the building remains empty.
"Right now we are in a holding pattern. We've got people hired and people in there right now making last-minute preparations," said Aron Swan, general manager at Silver State Relief.
The delay in opening is a result of the Legislature requiring the Department of Agriculture to list pesticides legal for use on marijuana.
"There is nothing that is labeled for use on marijuana," said Lynn Hettrick, Deputy Director of The Nevada Department of Agriculture
