As recreational cannabis use becomes more and more accepted following legalization, a large number of distributors are slowly making their way into more markets. The latest cannabis distributor to make their way into the Alberta market is one of the largest in the nation. This newest supplier Zenabis is one of the largest in Canada and will be offering new premium strains to Alberta. As always, we have the inside scoop for you and all your recreational needs.
Zenabis Global Inc. is one of Canada’s largest cannabis companies known for selling, educating, and growing all things cannabis. You may recognize Zenabis as the company recently revealed their plans to create and distributing cannabis-infused kombucha in Canada.
This highly recognized company already sells and distributes to a number of government and third-party retailers in New Brunswick, Nova Scotia, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, Manitoba, Prince Edward Island, and the Yukon Territory. Soon, Zenabis will be adding Alberta to that extensive list.
n order to provide to retailers all across Canada, Zenabis has over 3,500,000 square feet of land that has been converted for cannabis production. The land is all over Canada including Delta, BC, Athoville, NB, Stellarton, NS, and Langley BC.
According to Zenabis, the company will be formally entering the Alberta recreational cannabis market to supply retailers throughout the province. All the supplying will be under a Supply Agreement the company has entered into with the Alberta Gaming, Liquor & Cannabis Commission (AGLC).
To start, the company will supply even strains of their premium, adult-use Namaste products. These products will include their Daytime CBD, Ultra Sour, Sensi Star, Shishkaberry, Wappa, MK Ultra, and Durga Mata 2.
All the products vary and together offer a wide range of options. Anything from high levels of CBD to high levels of THC will be offered for both beginners and experienced users. All the products can be viewed online along with their detailed descriptors to ensure you make the proper choice.
Alberta is the eighth province and territory Zenabis has begun distributing in. The company has made strong roots in establishing its reputation as being one of the largest cannabis distributors in Canada.
Known for significant development and movement, the company announced a large agreement with Shoppers Drug Mart earlier this month. This major retail channel will now serve medical parties across Canada with Zenabis products.
We have reached out to Alberta Cannabis to see when Zenabis products will become available. According to a spokesperson working for Alberta Cannabis, the agreement to have Zenabis sell in Alberta was signed only days ago and because of this, they have yet to receive any product. According to Zenabis, the products will be available during Q1 which could be anytime now, so keep a look out!
