Just weeks before Canada is expected to legalize cannabis use across the country, the second annual MNP O’Cannabiz Conference and Expo is ready to take place June 7-9 at the International Centre in Toronto.

Recently voted the number one cannabis conference in Canada by High! Canada Magazine, O’Cannabiz will feature over 100 industry speakers from across North America, as well as a variety of workshops and seminars. Over 200 vendors will showcase their services and merchandise on the exhibition floor.

The event will kick off on June 7 with a pre-conference boot camp to introduce entrepreneurs to the cannabis industry. A variety of seminars lead by industry experts will be held throughout the day offering best practices and how to navigate a business in an ever-evolving industry.

The O’Cannabiz sessions begin June 8, bringing together industry professionals, Licensed Producers, recreational users, medical patients and physicians to participate in panel discussions and presentations.

New this year to the expo is the O’Cannabiz Hackathon. Sponsored by Trellis Solutions Inc., teams of multi-disciplinary hackers will spend 24 hours solving a challenge, revealed at the opening of the Hackathon, with the goal of building a working prototype to present to a panel of judges.

O’Cannabiz will also feature two bonus events in their programming this year:
