In just over a month since the recreational use of marijuana was legalized in Canada, independent corporate cannabis retailer Fire & Flower has now opened eight fully-stocked shops in Alberta as part of its growing network of retail outlets in Canada. The newest shop, in Stettler, offer even more Albertans the opportunity to discover Fire & Flower's exceptional customer service and education-based, socially responsible retailing experience.

"With this new shop, Fire & Flower is well on its way to becoming the leading corporate cannabis retailer in Canada," said Mike Vioncek, Chief Operating Officer. "We're delighted with how our existing stores have been received by our guests and by the communities in which they are located, and we have every confidence our Stettler shop will enjoy a similar reception."

Vioncek says Fire & Flower is continuing to pursue its aggressive growth strategy, with plans to open shops in every province that allow private cannabis sales. The company supplies expertly curated Health Canada-regulated products in its shops and helps guests understand the products that are available and how to use them to ensure they have an enjoyable and safe experience when they get home. All Fire & Flower shops have a robust security protocol to prohibit purchases by minors, along with extensive community engagement and programs promote responsible use.
