Marijuana team reports findings

A three-person team from the island's public health department visited Arizona for about a month to learn more about the state's medical marijuana program, which Guam will be using as a foundation for its own program.

"We got to see firsthand how an established medical marijuana program runs," said Michelle Razo Lastimoza, one of the officials who attended the trip. "Theoretically, on paper, you can see how it's going to work. We actually got to see how it works."
