Apparel that doubles as smoking apparatus reveals an alternative way of classifying functional wearables

PSFK talked to Hood Horkerz about the future of functional clothing and giving “high fashion” an entirely different definition.

Hood Horkerz began with a need. Founder Sean Oliver was planning to smoke a little before snowboarding but lacked the proper tools. While pulling on the drawstrings of his hoodie contemplating the options, he came up with the idea and started scouting Home Depot for the right materials.

I bought tubing for fish tanks, as well as various metal fittings that I had used to make pipes when I was a little kid. I then went home and assembled a few different crude varieties of drawstring pipes. – Sean Oliver
