Doctors and others must report patients to Dept of Health, who issue ID cards.

Many organizations such as pharmacies, hospitals, nursing homes, health centres, hospices etc may dispense the marijuana, but you must present your ID card.

Marijuana, as such, may NOT BE SMOKED, but extracts may be used in vaporizers or in edibles.

Patients and caregivers may have 2.5 ounces of marijuana at any given time.
